One of the worst decisions was to refused to attend marriage counseling with my ex-wife. Once I did attend a session or two, my heart and mind was just not into it and I didn't allow the process to help me in my pain. My advice to the one who is reading this page, please know that you are not alone. This process is a a journey of two (or three in marital counseling), but importantly, I learned that we must stand against the fears and pains of the past and together, we can find a path to freedom and peace.
